Is the 2019 Honda Accord a good car?

Generally — the 2019 Honda Accord earns a 4.4/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its stylish design, luxurious interior, excellent reliability, smooth ride quality, and comfortable, spacious cockpit. For you, that means it fits especially well if you want a roomy family sedan with a more premium feel and everyday usability. Is the 2019 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback highlights excellent reliability, and owners also describe the car as dependable and a vehicle they would recommend highly. That kind of praise matters if you want a used sedan you can count on for long-term ownership. For used buyers, the main risk is that age and mileage can magnify any existing wear, so a careful inspection and service-history review are still important.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Honda Accord?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 227 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.29% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $20,382 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $20,382 CAD sits slightly below last year's $23,238 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently today. If you plan to sell later, the softer current pricing may limit near-term upside, but it also means your entry price is more favourable. Strong demand for well-kept examples should still support values better than many mainstream sedans.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• It feels fresh and engaging, with a sporty, all-new character.

Consider the 2020 if:

• It adds polished driving dynamics and a huge back seat.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-liked Accord with strong value and plenty of listings to compare. If your priority is spending less, the 2018 is the smarter budget play. If you want to stretch for a newer feel and can pay more, the 2020 is the better upgrade path.
