Used 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe for Sale near Notre-Dame-des-Monts, QC

How much does the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe cost?

Prices have softened 12.39% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 290 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating.

The standout strength is Technology at 9/10.

It stands out as a three-row crossover with bold styling and a longer wheelbase that helps create more interior space, making it a practical family vehicle. The trade-offs are that the design will not suit everyone and some rivals may offer more cargo space. It also brings multiple powertrain options, impressive technology, and a great warranty.

Only 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market still rewards careful shopping.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Hyundai positions the Santa Fe as a practical, family-focused SUV, and the expert notes back that up with a strong warranty and useful everyday features. The gas model’s standard turbocharged setup and all-wheel drive give you a mainstream, proven mechanical formula, while the brand’s five-year, 100,000-kilometre warranty adds peace of mind.

The performance notes also point to stable cornering, a firm brake feel, and responsive steering, which are encouraging signs for day-to-day durability and confidence. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is more about living with the Santa Fe’s quirks and higher-trim complexity than about any obvious reliability red flag.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The XRT, Luxury, and Ultimate Calligraphy each bring different equipment levels, with the top trim adding captain’s chairs in place of the second-row bench. The base setup is already well equipped, but the higher trims add more comfort and convenience features.
• Powertrain: The gas model uses a 2.5-litre turbocharged engine with 277 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and standard AWD. You should expect some turbo lag and occasional hesitation on downshifts.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, forward collision avoidance assist with pedestrian, cyclist, and junction turning detection, lane keeping and lane following assist, a driver attention monitor, and safe exit assist. Rear parking collision avoidance assist, side park distance warning, and Highway Drive Assist require more money, and the top trim adds blind spot avoidance while the top two trims get Blind View Monitor.
• Infotainment: Every gas version gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Navigation is built in only on the Luxury and Ultimate Calligraphy trims, and the Ultimate Calligraphy also adds a digital rearview mirror and head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: The gas model is rated at 10.6 L/100 km combined, while the XRT returns 10.8 L/100 km combined.

Which 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe trim should I buy?

The 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe is offered in 3 trim levels: XRT, Luxury, and Ultimate Calligraphy.

Here's the short version:

• XRT: This is the most rugged-looking version, with 18-inch wheels, black roof rails, and all-terrain tyres. It suits you if you want the Santa Fe’s bold styling and standard AWD without chasing the priciest equipment.
• Luxury: This trim adds navigation and sits in the middle of the range, making it the best-value choice if you want more convenience without jumping to the top price.
• Ultimate Calligraphy: This is the most luxurious version, with 21-inch wheels, captain’s chairs, a digital rearview mirror, a head-up display, and the most advanced convenience features. It suits you if you want the fullest equipment list and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package is generous across the lineup, but some advanced features are reserved for higher trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 290 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.39% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $44,475 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe's resale value?

The current average of $44,475 CAD sits slightly below last year's $50,764 CAD.

That price drop suggests the Santa Fe has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If depreciation continues at this pace, resale values could remain under pressure in the near term. Still, the model’s strong equipment list and broad family appeal should help support demand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe safe?

The 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe earns four-star ratings from NHTSA and a Good rating from IIHS, with Acceptable results in the headlight and LATCH categories.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Hyundai includes a long list of standard driver-assistance features, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, forward collision avoidance assist with pedestrian, cyclist, and junction turning detection, lane keeping and lane following assist, a driver attention monitor, and safe exit assist. You need to spend more for rear parking collision avoidance assist, side park distance warning, and Highway Drive Assist.

The top trim adds blind spot avoidance, and the top two trims get Blind View Monitor. The main caveat is that some useful safety tech is not standard on every trim.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It pairs bold styling with a longer wheelbase and strong family-friendly practicality.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $41,599 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $44,475 CAD average.
• It brings a fully redesigned look with standard third-row seats and a more ambitious family-SUV layout.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year pricing context and the latest used-market selection, the 2025 is the better all-around pick. If your priority is saving money up front, the 2024 is the smarter value play, especially if you like the redesign and can live with the older model year.
