The overview points to a heavy-duty workhorse with a redesigned frame, broad cab, bed, and trim choices, plus standard tech such as a 5G WiFi hotspot and an 8.0-inch infotainment screen. For you, that means it fits best if you need maximum capability but still want a cabin that feels current. 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview presents it as a serious heavy-duty truck with a redesigned frame and powertrains built for demanding use, which is the kind of foundation you want in a used work-focused vehicle. It also includes practical towing and driver-assist technology that can reduce stress during regular use. For a used buyer, the main long-term ownership risk is simply that this is a very large, highly specialised truck, so upkeep and operating costs can be more demanding than for a lighter-duty vehicle.

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you should shop carefully and be ready to move when the right truck appears.

• Deal availability: 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 253 listings available.

What is the 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty's resale value?

The current average of $85,592 CAD sits slightly above last year's $83,386 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market is still willing to pay for this truck's capability and equipment. For a future seller, that can support stronger retention if your truck is well equipped and in good condition. The fact that pricing is holding near the top of the yearly range also suggests buyers continue to value this model year's heavy-duty appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 2.65% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you need a heavy-duty truck with serious towing and payload capability, the 2024 is the right path to focus on, especially if you value its modern tech and broad configuration range. If you're more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing for a lower entry point, but the 2024 makes sense when you want the strongest mix of capability, features, and buyer confidence.
