Is the 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for a truck that is built around serious heavy-duty capability and a modern, convenience-rich cabin. The overview points to a model that is aimed at buyers who need real towing and hauling strength, but also want technology such as a 5G WiFi hotspot, telematics apps, and available large displays. That makes it a strong fit if you want a highly specialised work truck that still feels up to date inside. Is the 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty reliable?

The overview presents it as a purpose-built heavy-duty truck with a redesigned frame, robust powertrains, and a broad range of work-focused and comfort-focused configurations. That kind of design usually appeals to buyers who need durability first, with modern features layered on top. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about everyday commuting and more about whether the truck’s specialised capability and size match your actual needs over time.

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

What is the 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty's resale value?

The current average of $84,497 CAD sits slightly above last year's $82,630 CAD.

That upward movement suggests the market still places strong value on this truck’s capability and feature set. If you buy well and keep the truck in good condition, you may benefit from that steady demand when it comes time to sell. The fact that pricing remains elevated also means depreciation may be slower than you’d expect for a specialised heavy-duty pickup.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 2.26% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current-market availability, proven satisfaction, and modern heavy-duty capability, the 2024 is the one to target first. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2024 gives you a compelling balance of demand, features, and resale confidence.
