Is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

The 2023 Lincoln Nautilus stands out as a two-row luxury SUV that leans more heavily into comfort, style, and a premium feel than many mainstream rivals. For you, that means it makes the most sense if you want a used midsize luxury SUV that feels upscale, looks distinctive, and prioritises a relaxed driving experience.

It also brings useful everyday equipment, including standard all-wheel drive, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Lincoln Co-Pilot360, and a power tailgate. The cabin’s digital 12.3-inch instrument panel and well-executed interior add to its appeal, while the final-year redesign touches give it a fresher look.

With 36.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market offers a decent number of attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

The 2023 Lincoln Nautilus is presented as a comfort-focused luxury SUV with familiar, everyday-friendly hardware and a well-rounded equipment list. Its appeal comes from refinement, usability, and a premium cabin rather than from chasing the latest performance or technology trends.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a luxury SUV with comfort-oriented tuning and premium features can be more expensive to keep in top shape than a mainstream alternative.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lincoln Nautilus?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 178 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.14% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $39,752 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $39,752 CAD sits slightly below last year's $45,242 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the model has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may face more competition when they go to list theirs. If you buy well now, you may be starting from a more realistic entry price than owners who purchased when values were higher. For resale, condition, mileage, and equipment will matter even more if the market stays selective.

Should I buy a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.14% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $33,688 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $39,752 CAD average.
• It offers a more established, comfort-focused luxury feel.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $53,142 CAD, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $39,752 CAD average.
• It adds a more modern cabin with a full-width display and hands-free driving tech.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the best fit if you want the newer look and a strong mix of comfort and equipment without jumping to the much pricier 2024. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the smarter value play, while the 2024 makes sense only if you want the newer-generation tech and are willing to pay more.
