Used 2014 Lexus RX for Sale near British Columbia

How much does the 2014 Lexus RX cost?

Prices have softened 12.92% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 66 listings available, which suggests a decent amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2014 Lexus RX a good car?

Yes — the 4.6/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, reliability, and luxurious features, and many also like the smooth ride and good value for a luxury SUV. That fits the RX’s role as a comfortable, easy-to-live-with luxury SUV rather than a flashy performance choice. With 27.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2014 Lexus RX reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to reliability, dependability, and trouble-free ownership as part of the RX’s appeal, with many shoppers valuing its long-term durability. That said, some buyers raised concerns about vehicle history and maintenance transparency when shopping at dealerships, so a careful inspection and records review matter. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the RX’s core durability and more about avoiding a poorly documented example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Lexus RX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right example.

• Deal availability: 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 66 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.92% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $17,912 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Lexus RX's resale value?

The current average of $18,060 CAD sits slightly below last year's $20,740 CAD.

That decline suggests the RX has become more accessible on the used market, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, the softer pricing trend means resale upside may be more limited than it was a year ago. Even so, the RX’s reputation for comfort and durability should continue to support steady demand from shoppers looking for a dependable luxury SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Lexus RX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.92% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2014 RX makes the most sense if you want a comfortable, well-liked luxury SUV and you can find one with solid history at a fair price. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a newer example offers a better balance of condition and asking price.
