Inside, the GLS 450 boasted a sophisticated Bahia Brown over Black interior with natural-grain Grey Oak trim, polished aluminum accents, and the meticulous detailing synonymous with Mercedes interiors. This model offered a turbocharged 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder engine with mild-hybrid technology, providing a balance of performance and luxury.

In contrast, the 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, with its black-on-black-on-black colour scheme, presented a rugged, utilitarian aesthetic. Despite the heat-absorbing exterior, the Wrangler's design remained true to its roots, offering a sense of adventure and capability. The interior, though basic, was functional, with comfortable cloth seats and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The Wrangler's appeal lay in its off-road prowess and iconic design, reminiscent of its military origins, making it a popular choice for those seeking adventure over sophistication.

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 delivered a robust performance with its 375-horsepower turbocharged inline-six engine, offering 369 pound-feet of torque. This powertrain, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4Matic all-wheel-drive system, allowed the GLS to accelerate to 100 km/h in just 6.1 seconds. The second-row captain’s chairs offered excellent thigh support, though accessing the third row was cumbersome. Cargo space was generous, with up to 2,400 litres available with the seats folded.

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler, while offering comfortable front seats and adequate rear legroom, had limited storage space and challenging access due to its high ground clearance and narrow door openings.
