How much does the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus cost?

Prices have softened 14.99% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 170 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is a strong fit if you want a luxury two-row crossover with standard all-wheel drive, a distinctive cabin, and a value-conscious position versus pricier German rivals. It earns 3/5 from users and 8.5/10 from experts.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, Cost effectiveness, and Safety.

Its appeal is rooted in the second-generation redesign, the full-width display, and available BlueCruise hands-free driving, all of which give it a more modern and upscale feel. The available hybrid powertrain and multiple powertrain options also make it more flexible if you want to tailor the SUV to your priorities.

The main trade-offs are that the hybrid could be more efficient, and some of the technology can be distracting. If you want a premium-feeling two-row crossover without stretching into the most expensive luxury badges, this is a compelling place to shop.

35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which is a healthy sign of market opportunity.

Is the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is presented as a well-equipped luxury SUV with standard all-wheel drive and a broad set of driver-assistance features that work as advertised. The expert assessment also notes that the ADAS features are top-notch, and the hybrid powertrain is backed by an eight-year or 160,000-kilometre battery and hybrid-component warranty.

The gas engine is described as smooth, with shifts kept in the background rather than being overly noticeable, and the hybrid setup avoids the droning or over-eager engine speed that can hurt refinement. Lincoln also says the hybrid powertrain has plenty of driving range, which supports its long-distance usability.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright mechanical weakness and more about whether the technology-heavy cabin and hybrid system have been maintained properly over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lincoln Nautilus?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: In Canada, the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is available exclusively in Reserve trim. It brings a sophisticated exterior, an excellent interior with high-quality materials, ambient lighting, open-pore wood, and fine leather, while the Jet Appearance Package adds two-tone paint, black exterior trim, 22-inch wheels, and unique interior bits.
• Powertrain: The standard turbocharged four-cylinder makes 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while the hybrid adds 310 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The gas engine is smooth, and the hybrid is the one to consider if you want more power and a claimed 7.7 litres per 100 kilometres in combined driving.
• Safety package: The Lincoln CoPilot 360 suite includes lane-keeping assist, park assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and emergency braking. BlueCruise 1.2 is offered on every Nautilus, with automatic lane-change assist and In-Lane Repositioning, though the package includes only four years before moving to a subscription model.
• Infotainment: You get a 48-inch curved display, an 11.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Google Maps, Alexa Built-in, OTA updates, wireless charging, and USB-A and USB-C charge ports. Some controls are distracting, so it is worth testing the interface carefully.
• Fuel efficiency: The gas engine is rated at 9.8 L/100 km combined, while the hybrid is rated at 7.7 L/100 km combined.

Which 2024 Lincoln Nautilus trim should I buy?

The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is offered in 1 trim level: Reserve.

Here's the short version:

The Reserve is the only choice, so your decision is really about whether the standard luxury and technology package is enough for you, or whether you want to add the Jet Appearance Package for a more distinctive look. It already gives you the upscale cabin, the full-width display, and the core equipment that define this model year, so it is the trim to focus on if you want the Nautilus experience without complication.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lincoln Nautilus?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you have some room to shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 170 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.99% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $52,199 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $52,199 CAD sits slightly below last year's $61,402 CAD.

That drop suggests the Nautilus has become more attractive to used buyers than it was a year ago. If you are planning to sell later, you should expect the market to remain sensitive to mileage, condition, and equipment because the model is competing in a luxury segment where shoppers have plenty of alternatives.

For a future seller, the good news is that the Nautilus still has strong appeal thanks to its standard all-wheel drive, upscale cabin, and modern technology. The challenge is that price softness can limit upside if the market stays competitive.

Is the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus safe?

The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus has not yet been rated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) gives it the top score of “Good” in crashworthiness.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The Lincoln CoPilot 360 suite includes lane-keeping assist, park assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and emergency braking. BlueCruise 1.2 is offered on every Nautilus, and it adds automatic lane-change assist plus In-Lane Repositioning on pre-mapped highways.

One caveat is that BlueCruise is included for only four years before it shifts to a subscription model. The latest model has also not yet been rated by IIHS for front crash prevention or seat belt or child restraints systems.

Should I buy a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.99% compared with last year.
• This year brings standard all-wheel drive, a full-width display, and BlueCruise hands-free driving, making it the most modern-feeling Nautilus in this comparison set.

The bottom line: If you want the most up-to-date Nautilus with the strongest mix of standard equipment, the 2024 is the one to target. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may offer a lower entry point, but you will want to weigh that against the 2024’s newer tech and broader appeal.
