Should I buy a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 29.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $64,111 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $52,678 CAD average.
• It adds a more refined, well-rounded update with broader appeal.

The bottom line: Choose the 2022 if you want strong value, proven owner satisfaction, and a softer used-market price. If you are willing to spend more for a newer and more polished version, the 2023 is the better upgrade path; if price matters most, the 2022 is the smarter buy.
