2021 BMW X3 Reviews Summary

The BMW X3 is one of the cornerstones of the luxury compact SUV market. Thanks to its combination of a spacious interior, solid driving dynamics, and wealth of technology, it’s one of BMW’s most popular offerings as well. For the 2021 model year, BMW enhances the X3 with more standard safety features and newly available in-car tech features. If you want an upscale, versatile crossover that’s just a bit more exciting to drive than most of its competition, then read on to learn more about the 2021 BMW X3.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Reviews Summary

The Jeep Wrangler is an icon. Sports cars like the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Corvette may often be described as icons, but they can’t hold a candle to the Wrangler’s bona fides. It harkens back to the original Willys Jeep and has evolved through the years to be an instantly recognizable fixture of the American motoring landscape.

What makes this all the more incredible is how the industry has changed through the years. The best-selling SUVs on the market are all based on car platforms, and emphasize efficiency and comfort. Yet the rugged, comparatively inefficient Wrangler, which also rides like a truck, is still popular.

Part of that comes from being different from everyone else, but another part is Jeep’s commitment to continually update the Wrangler to meet the demands of its buyers. The four-door 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited accomplishes both, by now offering a Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid (changing with the times) and a potent Hemi V8 (beating to its own drum). Both powertrains are exclusive to the four-door Wrangler; neither is available with the two-door Wrangler body style.

2021 BMW X3

8/10

2021 Jeep Wrangler

7/10

The 2021 BMW X3, part of the third generation introduced in 2018, received several updates in 2020, including a plug-in hybrid model and M performance variants. The 2018 redesign refined the X3's formula, giving it the exterior and interior presence of larger, more expensive BMW models. The X3's exterior resembled a downsized BMW X5, while its interior featured the same cold, mechanical styling found across the BMW lineup. Although not as aesthetically pleasing as the Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class, the X3's dash was more functional.

The 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited maintained its iconic styling, recognizable by its circular headlights, seven-slat grille, exposed bolts, and protruding bumpers and fenders. Depending on the trim level, the Wrangler could take on different looks with painted or exposed fenders, soft top or hardtop, and other individual styling touches. Inside, the Wrangler was less comfortable than car-based SUVs, with upright seating, limited legroom, and seats adjusted using somewhat awkward ripcords. However, for the right type of driver, these features added to the Wrangler's charm.
