well i like the f 250 to the f 450 lariats. if you tow a rv or horses they are fantastic. i love my 2008 bought it new never had any issues except the normal maint items. turbos and water pumps. but i fixed that with a water filter and new high perfoormance turbos. i have almost 300000 miles on it still runs like it did when it was newApr 20, 2024

I have had 3 super duty trucks all have performed well with no issues. Just stay away from the 2008 diesel, the motor will fail at around 70K miles, ford fixed the issue for later modelsDec 31, 2021

Not much I didn't like other than the cost of diesel but that is offset by the surprising 16 miles a gallon the truck gets. Very comfortable inside and the body has great lines; very versatile functionion as truck or family vehicle.Mar 07, 2015

we enjoyed this vehicle because of the power it provided us during our travel days. We found that this f250 diesel had the get up and go to get out of traffic situations and had plenty of power to climb hills of California and mountains of Western US. I would say the fuel mileage was the down side, but I found I would rather spend the fuel money and ride in a comfortable cabin.Jun 14, 2014

Works great for a Landscape company and a family truck. I have plenty of power for towing trailers with equipment. Great roomy back seat for the kids. Many good options on this reliable truck. Handles better than old Fords. ThanksApr 03, 2014

I Really liked the towing capacity with this truck even though its a 4 year old truck with 66,000ish miles its still running strong with stock everything. I would highly recommend this truck to anyone looking for looks comfort and towing capacity.Apr 02, 2014

the truck gets about 8 around town and 12 on highway without any mods done to the truck.. with mods i get up to as much as 16 around town an 21 on highway. truck would never keep you stuck in any type of weather. thats why its perfectFeb 17, 2014

I have always wanted to get one of these trucks and I finally had the chance and I jumped at it. I did put a small lift on it and upgraded the engine and change the exhaust system and now I get much better MPG and a lot more power. I still have to get wheels and tires but I love, love love the truck!Jan 25, 2014

This truck will give you reliably, safely and confidently haul heavy loads or heavy trailers, day after day. What's surprising is that this workhorse is actually quite comfortable. It can be use for personal or commercial use. It is tougher than standard full-size trucks.

This truck pulls exceptionally well. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It is nice sitting up high and being able to see everything on the road. The down side is the fuel economy. I get about 12.5mpg mixed driving. Driving straight highway with no load I have gotten as high as 14.5. Overall a great truck. If your in the market for a 3/4 ton pick-up I would highly recommend a Ford F-250 Super Duty.Feb 14, 2013

Performance with the sequential turbos is awesome. Won't beat a gas truck but all just raw power. Ride comfort is way above expectations for any truck. Build quality is I believe above most other vehicles IMO. The appearance inside and out beats the competition across the finish line in every case. Compare the top three trucks in the market and I believe first looks prior to test driving will go to Ford. After the test drive you'll be sold and after driving this truck for 4 years, I think it will be hard to find another vehicle to measure up to the ride comfort and utilitarian benefit of this truck. Performance - This truck will pull you back into the seat when you step on it.
It'll surprise you with it's acceleration. Braking and handling are nothing special
(but what do you expect in a 8500lb vehicle).
Build Quality - Built Ford Tough! What else needs to be said. This thing is built
well.
Appearance - It's just a beautiful truck.
Cost of Ownership - I take good care of my truck and it takes care of me.
Fun Factor - This truck is so much fun to drive. Don't expect it to handle like a

Truck is good for everything except getting into wet grass. This truck would get stuck on a tea spoon of water. Needs to be a 4X4 or have some good all terrain tires on it. Other than that it is good.Jul 14, 2010

I use this truck for my side business. It's great as a
work vehicle. As an every day vehicle, probably not
the best choice. It has insane power and is stupid fast!
I have hauled tons of rock and dirt and this thing never

Diesel trucks ROCK! Really powerful and pulls my horse trailer with no problem. Built like a tank and it's alot of fun to drive. Gas mileage kinda sucks, but for me it only gets driven on the weekends. Wasn't a big fan of leather until I got this truck! Very comfortable.Jul 21, 2009

This truck is a man's truck not a girly truck. Thid truck has everything nice interior, smooth ride, and if you need to, you can hok up to your 4-place trailor and head for the northwoods. Man I love this truck, and one day I will pass it down for my son t have.Jul 23, 2008

Great truck, horrible mileage and the price of diesel is astronomical right now.
I'd recommend getting a Bully Dog programmer. After the simple installation
the mileage has vastly improved and acceleration is phenomenal! For weighing
7800 lbs. it really gets up and moves. And of course this is the best looking super
