You might look at this car and say damn that thing is tiny as hell but I am 6'1" and I could lay all the way back in the seat and still have plenty of leg room. It never left me stranded and took me anywhere I wanted to go.May 22, 2011

An amazing car this, i truely adore it! I always thought of CRX's as trash and crap and always spoke ill of them, then one day, my friend said "you always talk down on the hondas but have you ever driven one?" Next thing i know, I'm sitting in the drivers seat of an old, rusty CRX. It was a car i didnt want to like, it was old beat up, and smelled of rotting apholstry. But then I hit that long pedal on the right, and all contempt of this car was purged away when i got to second gear. It had the V-Tech economy engine, but because the car is so small and light, you'd think a rocket was powering it. This really is all just an illusion though, due to the car being so small and low to the ground, you think you're going 1000mph,but you're not, and you know what? I don't care, i don't care one tiny little bit, until i get out and look at the thing. Its not pretty, but why should it be? It wasn't designed to be. It was designed to get little Japenese men from point A to point B with out catching on fire and killing them. And it will never die, the one i drove had 300,000 miles on the clock with no major repairs at all! Amazing, right? 40mpg avg, good too. I love it, even if it is the ugly step sister to the civicFeb 22, 2011

Everything is awesome. Amazing gear box. I've beaten Porsches from 0-30 from one light to another. Beautiful styling (could use some slight tweaks that I will customize later). Really reliable. Honda. Really light and takes turns like none other.Aug 22, 2010

Best quality ever seen. Performance are awsome. Probobly the best.
acceleration is the best thing on this car.
Cost of Ownership is realy cheap, thrust me.
Its really fun to drive, but it can be really scary if you drive to fast.Jun 10, 2010

Very light, goes through corners with easy, full 91 si interior is very nice, best gas mileage and easy maintenance, i can do anything on this car by myself with 5 sockets some channel locks and a screw driver. easy to work on, fun to drive, light fast and good around corners, what else more do u want?Jun 08, 2010

My CRX Si was a great little car and fast, but impractical and was an impulse buy which I regretted. I should have bought the Civic Hatchback Si instead. I only kept the CRX for 7 months. Fun to drive. It got to 70 mph from an on-ramp before you knew it.Apr 10, 2010

D15a that sucks. New custom paint job. 13 inch
wheels that have been done in scooby gold. It has
tein coilovers and a 2.5 inch pipes to the back. The
inside has been done in tan and black with a four
point harness. The outside beside the paint. It has
a mugen wing and the front bumper is a one off
bumper. And to finish off the outer parts. It has
jdm side markers as well as front corner lamps. Feb 23, 2010

One of the best cars to autocross with. Put a swap in it and you will be moving! this car is the best for cornering in terms of grip racing and i like it to much to let it go!Jan 08, 2010

I drove this car around when I could first drive til I bought my rodeo. Not much room but fast and fun to drive. No power controls and only two doors also no sun roof but it got me around.Dec 10, 2009

Performance on a stock CRX is pretty weak, but we all know Hondas, they are the legos of cars. Can be quick. Hondas last forever and this is no exception. I think it looks sexy with a nice body kit to update its look. Cost of ownership is minimal as with any Honda. Interior is very lacking and so are the features, but this was made to be a go kart. And it is very fun to driveDec 08, 2009

built for drag racing, blew up the ys1 tranny, put in a LS integra tranny, much slower now. still a good car, puts up a lot of competition. it will be much quicker when i have money to put into it. 12.6 @ 109.23Nov 21, 2009

I love its handling, torque and pep for its size. This car can get in places most people only can on bikes. Its extremely versatile,
coveted and interchangeable. Great on gas,
insurance and aftermarket support. Its also easy to
maintain, repair and it is extremely reliable. The car is currently undergoing preparation or Auto-x now.Nov 04, 2009

My best car ever. For a 1.6l single overhead cam engine, no turbo, nobody would be ahead of me, comparing same category car. Amazing brakes and handling. Loved it. still miss my CRX. Still dream about it. Every time i see one on the road in a good condition makes me want one again.Aug 20, 2009

I built it from the ground up for one purpose... corner hard. It does that and that's all i care about. Sure it may need some work but it still does what it needs ta do. This aint stock by any meansJul 10, 2009

Performance on DOHC model was really nothing major. But it was enough to have some quality fun time with the car. It's cheap car to own and really funny to drive around winding roads. Just a good bang for the buck!Jun 21, 2009

My Honda 1990 CRX Si still gets mistaken for a new car, once in awhile. It has been a good driver. It has a little growl in it's exhaust, boom in the stereo, painted pull me over red. She is dropped on adjustable coil over kit. Lit up with H.I.D. halo projectors. Tinted so you can only guess who rides inside. All while strapped into transplanted Integra seats.Feb 27, 2009

This car has a B16 swap into so it isnèt the most reliable car out there but it is fairly fast and it gets amazing gas milage as it is only a small car with a small 4 cylinder engine.Dec 30, 2008

it is the optimal gti car. the only bad thing about it is that the rear seat is to small for anyone with legs thicker then 5cm will not fit. acceleration is great, the 150hp vtec engine in a car wheighing less then 900kg, advanced suspension gives it supreme handling.
this car is superduperfun to drive, with lots of race factor!Sep 10, 2008

Quick, but not quick enough.
could've been built a little stiffer. tended to roll around corners before upgrades.
nice up-gradeable exterior.
Cheap to own, cheap to drive and fix...unless you break your frickin' distributor!!!
so Much fun to drive. just spend money fixing it up a bit. With the aid of some lowered suspension, fat low profile tyres, and oh, say a body-kit, tinted windows and let's say an acura integraengine transplant..(with a turbo and headers) hehehe. this car rocks!! a modern classic...?Aug 18, 2008

First "new" car I ever bought or owned. I used to liken it to a four wheeled motorcycle. Fun to drive...from acceleration to hanging on in the curves, this was just an excellent car.
Regretted trading this in from day one. I'd love to have one right now as a toy car.Aug 18, 2008

This car is a great buy and its body work can be modified as you wish. Spray painting the car can be abit difficult for some but most times you wont have any problems. Performance wise, you wont be disappointed with this cars performance, its got a great engine and handles nice when reaching high speeds!!Aug 05, 2008

Favourite car I ever had. Awesome performance from 1.6i engine, sounded great with K&N filter. Amazing fun and I loved the styling.
Was reasonably economical if not thrashed.
Getting rare sights on the road these days!!
Jap power!!
Only negatives were space in the back and the fuel tank started leaking but loved the car all the same.
Sold to a friend but he crashed it and is no more :(
Would definately recommend as a cheap performance car!!Jul 31, 2008

Hondas great pocket-rocket. Its very small and rigid, originally made for track racing. Driving it feels like driving go-kart. It has 1.6L Dohc (vtec in some models) engine capable of producing 150 bhp.
My CRX was equipped with Simons exhaust system, K&N high performance filter and engine tuning chip and Monroe sports suspension. So it was little more powerful than stock version.
Every time I drove it I was in heaven. Every tight turn put this wide grin on my face.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good price sports coupe.Apr 19, 2008

Typical Honda build quality so no real problems other than age starting to show in every rubber componant. Not a big deal but a pain in the ass.
The engine screams although the road perfomance doesnt reflect this all the time.

Almost exactly the same as the Civic from the front bumper to the windshield/dash; then everything else is unique to it (except the rear wheel mehcanics). 2-door 2-seater with anorexia. Manual steering, manual gearbox (only 500 or so came with auto-), between 41 and 52 miles per gallon (@65mph).Mar 09, 2008
