What Kia Soul do most buyers choose?

The Kia Soul years with the most listings are 2019, 2020, and 2021.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a broad mix of pricing, equipment, and availability. More listings also make it easier to compare condition, mileage, and deal quality before you buy.

What is the Kia Soul's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, which is good news if you are shopping used because it creates more room for value. The largest drops are in the double digits, so recent Soul models have become noticeably more affordable over the past year. A few years have declined less sharply, which suggests some trims and model years are holding closer to their recent pricing than others.

The 2022, 2014, and 2023 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Kia Soul safe?

• 2023: 6/10
• 2020: 8/10

For 2023, most driver-assist features are included starting at the EX trim, including forward collision avoidance assist, automatic emergency braking, lane follow assist, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.

For the safest used buy, the 2020 model posts the highest confirmed score of 8/10.
