How much does the 2025 Cadillac XT5 cost?

Is the 2025 Cadillac XT5 a good car?

With no expert test-drive data available for this model year, your best read comes from the market itself: the XT5 is drawing enough shopper interest to keep pricing meaningful, while still showing room for negotiation in the used market. The fact that 35.9% of listings are marked as good or great deals points to a market where careful buyers can still find value.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Cadillac XT5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you may have some leverage if you shop patiently and compare listings closely.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 64 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.68% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $54,514 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Cadillac XT5's resale value?

The current average of $55,966 CAD sits slightly below last year's $64,094 CAD.

That price movement suggests the XT5 has become more affordable in the used market, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, though, it also means resale expectations should be set with the current softer pricing environment in mind. If market conditions stay similar, a well-priced, well-kept XT5 should still be competitive, but you may not see the same strength in resale that was present a year ago.

Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac XT5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.68% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the current model year and value a market with some negotiating room, the 2025 XT5 is the better starting point. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you should also compare nearby model years and focus on the listings that land closest to the low end of the current price range.
