Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Cadillac XT5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can afford to be choosy while still finding worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 71 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.44% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $54,510 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Cadillac XT5's resale value?

The current average of $54,946 CAD sits slightly below last year's $62,754 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you're buying now, but it also means future resale expectations should be grounded in the current market rather than last year's higher average. If you plan to sell later, a well-kept example with strong service history and desirable equipment should be easier to position competitively.

Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac XT5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.44% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the current model year and a market with some room to negotiate, the 2025 is the better starting point. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you should also compare nearby years and focus on the best-priced example rather than the newest badge.
