Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 208 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.77% compared with last year.

What is the 2024 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport's resale value?

The current average of $28,199 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,248 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy with a bit more confidence today, but it also means future resale value may depend heavily on how well you maintain the car and how much demand holds up in your local market. If you plan to sell later, a clean history, strong service records, and desirable equipment should help you stand out.

Should I buy a 2024 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.77% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better starting point if you want the current-year market with a meaningful amount of deal-friendly inventory. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2024 already offers a solid mix of availability and softer pricing.
