Used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport for Sale nearWindsor, ON

How much does the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport cost?

Prices have softened 17.55% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 123 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport a good car?

Yes — 5/5 from owners and 6.83/10 from our experts. The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport stands out for its stylish design, strong off-road ability, and powerful engine, which suits you if you want a luxury SUV with real capability and presence. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

The trade-offs are clear: the handling is underwhelming, the back seat is cramped, and the technology can be frustrating. If you care more about image, power, and off-road confidence than sharp on-road dynamics, this model year fits that brief well.

34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2023 Range Rover Sport is framed as a luxury SUV with serious off-road credibility and a premium cabin, but it also carries the usual used-Land Rover caution around ownership complexity. Its powertrain is described as strong and its off-road hardware is substantial, which supports confidence in the vehicle’s core engineering.

The performance notes also point to a capable, well-developed chassis with adaptive damping air suspension and a robust all-wheel-drive system. If you buy used, the main long-term risk is that the vehicle’s sophistication can make repairs and upkeep more demanding than you might expect from a mainstream SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The model is offered in Dynamic SE, Dynamic HSE, Autobiography, and SV Edition One specification. The Dynamic SE is the most accessible entry point, while the Autobiography adds the plug-in hybrid drivetrain and the SV Edition One is a sold-out launch-year model. The cabin is described as luxurious and high-tech, but the base setup still leaves you with the same frustrating technology experience, so you should make sure the features you want are actually present on the trim you’re considering.
• Powertrain: The turbocharged 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder engine in the SE Dynamic and HSE Dynamic uses mild-hybrid technology and makes 395 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. The Autobiography gets a plug-in hybrid drivetrain with 434 hp and 406 lb-ft, while the sold-out SV Edition One had a 523-hp twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8. The SUV is tuned for refinement and off-road ability, but the road manners are not as engaging as its styling suggests.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, automatic high-beam headlights, a driver monitoring system, front and rear parking sensors, a surround-view camera system with ClearSight Ground View, and Wade Sensing. Remote Park Assist is available. The adaptive cruise control with steering assist is part of the evaluation focus, but it was slow to respond and the steering assist was not especially trustworthy.
• Infotainment: Every Range Rover Sport has a 13.7-inch digital instrumentation display and a 13.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with haptic feedback. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa compatibility, SiriusXM satellite radio, and an Online Pack with connected services are standard. The system can be confusing to use, so you should test the menus and voice functions before you buy.
• Fuel efficiency: The evaluation route returned 10.5 litres per 100 kilometres, and a suburban highway drive returned 9.4 L/100 km.

Which 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport trim should I buy?

The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is offered in 4 trim levels: Dynamic SE, Dynamic HSE, Autobiography, and SV Edition One.

Here's the short version:

• Dynamic SE: This is the entry point and the best-value choice if you want the Range Rover Sport’s styling, strong 3.0-litre mild-hybrid inline-six, and standard luxury features without stretching into the pricier trims. It gives you the core experience: powerful performance, a high-end cabin, and serious off-road hardware.
• Dynamic HSE: Choose this if you want the same basic powertrain and capability as the Dynamic SE but expect a more upscale equipment mix. It suits you if you want a richer-feeling version of the same formula without moving into hybrid territory.
• Autobiography: This is the trim to target if you want the plug-in hybrid drivetrain and the strongest efficiency story in the lineup. It is the most compelling choice for buyers who plan to charge regularly and want the added electric assistance.
• SV Edition One: This is the most exclusive and performance-focused version, but it was sold out as a launch-year model. If you find one, it is the halo trim, but it is not the practical shopping target for most used buyers.

The safety package is broad across the range, but you should still verify the presence and operation of the driver-assistance features on any used example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 123 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.55% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $79,639 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport's resale value?

The current average of $79,639 CAD sits slightly below last year's $96,592 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, it means pricing discipline matters: examples that are clean, well-equipped, and properly maintained should stand out more than average ones. The model’s strong appeal is still tied to its styling, capability, and premium image, so the best-kept vehicles should continue to attract interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport safe?

The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport earns 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Land Rover installs a long list of driver-assistance features, including forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, automatic high-beam headlights, a driver monitoring system, front and rear parking sensors, and a surround-view camera system with ClearSight Ground View. Wade Sensing is standard, too, and Remote Park Assist is available.

The adaptive cruise control with steering assist is a useful idea, but it was slow to respond and the steering assist was not especially trustworthy in our evaluation. That means you should test the system carefully on a used example, especially if you expect to rely on it for highway driving.

Should I buy a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.55% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines stylish design, strong off-road ability, and a powerful engine, while also making clear that the back seat is cramped and the technology can be frustrating.

The bottom line: If you want the Range Rover Sport’s distinctive styling, strong capability, and luxury presence, the 2023 is a compelling used buy, especially if you can find one priced near the lower end of the range. If you’re more price-sensitive, focus on the best-equipped example you can find and be especially careful with the technology and driver-assistance systems before you commit.
