Used 2021 Toyota Sienna for Sale nearLongueuil, QC

How much does the 2021 Toyota Sienna cost?

Prices have softened 9.54% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 136 listings available, which gives you a decent amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2021 Toyota Sienna a good car?

Generally — the 2021 Toyota Sienna earns a 4.3/5 user rating and an 8.3/10 expert rating, which points to a strong overall showing. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

Drivers consistently praise the roomy interior, excellent gas mileage, and smooth handling. The hybrid-and-AWD combination also comes through as a major draw for road trips and everyday family use.

That lines up well with the Sienna’s family-hauler mission: you’re getting a modern minivan with a practical cabin, strong efficiency focus, and broad appeal for buyers who want space without giving up refinement. 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2021 Toyota Sienna reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many buyers, with the hybrid setup and everyday usability standing out as strengths. Toyota’s own assessment describes the engine, motor, and battery combination as a proven one, which supports confidence in the powertrain’s long-term durability.

Toyota also notes that the Sienna’s hybrid system is shared with the current Highlander Hybrid, which reinforces the sense that this is not an untested setup. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the core hybrid hardware and more about making sure the vehicle has been maintained properly and that any missing convenience features are acceptable to you.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Toyota Sienna?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LE is the most basic version, and it’s where you’re most likely to notice feature gaps such as the simpler audio setup and fewer convenience upgrades. Higher trims add more comfort, tech, and luxury touches, so you should compare equipment carefully if you want the best value.
• Powertrain: You’re shopping a 2.5-litre four-cylinder hybrid with two electric motors, standard FWD, and available AWD on all trim levels. The setup is tuned for efficiency and smoothness more than quick acceleration, so make sure that trade-off suits your driving style.
• Infotainment: A nine-inch touchscreen is standard, along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Wireless charging, a digital rearview mirror, and the rear-seat entertainment system are trim-dependent, so check whether the features you want are included.
• Fuel efficiency: FWD models are rated at 6.6 L/100 km in city driving, 6.5 on the highway, and 6.5 combined, while AWD models are rated at 6.8 city, 6.6 highway, and 6.7 combined.

Which 2021 Toyota Sienna trim should I buy?

The 2021 Toyota Sienna is offered in 4 trim levels: LE, XLE, XSE, and Limited.

Here's the short version:

• LE: This is the value play if you want the Sienna’s hybrid efficiency and core safety tech at the lowest entry point. It gives you the essentials, but you’ll give up some of the nicer convenience and comfort upgrades found higher up the range.
• XLE: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a more polished ownership experience without jumping all the way to the top end. It’s a smart middle ground if you want more comfort and convenience while keeping the Sienna’s practical strengths intact.
• XSE: This trim leans into a sportier feel and can be paired with the Technology Package, which adds desirable tech upgrades. It suits you best if you want a more feature-rich Sienna and are willing to pay for it.
• Limited: This is the most upscale choice, with the richest equipment list and the most premium tech and convenience features. It makes sense if you want the most complete version of the Sienna and plan to keep it for the long haul.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is standard across all trim levels, so you’re not forced into a higher trim just to get the core driver-assistance suite.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Toyota Sienna?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 136 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.54% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $41,133 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Toyota Sienna's resale value?

The current average of $41,641 CAD sits slightly below last year's $46,032 CAD.

That softer pricing trend suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future sellers if they bought at a lower point. If you own one now, the current average price gives you a useful benchmark for setting expectations, but it also means there may be less upside than there was a year ago.

The Sienna’s strong owner satisfaction should help support demand over time, especially among shoppers who value efficiency and family practicality. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Toyota Sienna safe?

The Sienna gets a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS and earns a five-star overall rating from NHTSA, though it gets four-star ratings for overall front and rollover resistance.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is standard on all trim levels and includes full-speed range dynamic radar adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, pre-collision system with bicyclist and pedestrian detection, lane-departure alert, and automatic high beams. The Star Safety System and blind spot monitoring are also standard, along with 10 airbags, TPMS, and LATCH connectors.

One useful detail for used shoppers: the spare tire is only mentioned for the LE grade, while all other models use an inflator kit. That makes it worth checking the equipment list carefully if a spare matters to you.

Should I buy a 2021 Toyota Sienna or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.54% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It brings the redesigned hybrid-only formula and standard AWD availability to the Sienna lineup.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $33,249 CAD, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $41,641 CAD average.
• It offers unique all-wheel-drive availability and strong everyday practicality.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $47,601 CAD, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $41,641 CAD average.
• It carries the redesigned hybrid formula forward unchanged.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of modern design, efficiency, and market pricing, the 2021 is the primary year to target. If your budget is tighter, the 2020 can save you money, while the 2022 mainly makes sense if you want the same formula and are comfortable paying more.
