Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for this heavy-duty pickup. The overview shows a truck built around capability and presence, with maximum towing of 16,300 kilograms and payload capacity up to 3,300 kilograms, so it suits you best if you need serious work-truck strength. It also brings a strong mix of towing-focused hardware and convenience features, including detailed camera views, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and SiriusXM satellite radio. The overview suggests a truck engineered for hard work, with substantial towing and payload capability plus available diesel power and integrated Power Take-Off for demanding use. What is the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD's resale value?

The current average of $59,704 CAD sits slightly above last year's $55,636 CAD.

That upward move suggests the market has been willing to pay more for this model year, which is a positive sign if you plan to sell later. The current price range also shows there is still a ceiling to watch, so condition, mileage, and equipment will matter when you try to stand out. Strong demand for capable heavy-duty trucks can help support values, especially when the truck is well equipped and maintained.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 7.31% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a heavy-duty truck with strong owner approval and a market that still shows some deal opportunities, the 2020 is a sensible primary target. If you are more price-sensitive, it is worth comparing nearby years and focusing on the listings that land closest to the lower end of the current price range.
