Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Kia Forte?

This is a moderate buyer's market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

What is the 2019 Kia Forte's resale value?

The current average of $13,582 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,307 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Forte has softened in the used market, which can matter if you're planning to sell later. A lower current entry price may help you buy well now, but it can also mean you should be realistic about future resale expectations. If market conditions stay similar, a seller may need to price competitively to attract attention.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Kia Forte or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
