What is the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan's resale value?

The current average of $15,879 CAD sits slightly below last year's $19,077 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer today, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive resale environment if market conditions stay similar. The Tiguan’s value proposition is still supported by its spacious cabin and strong owner satisfaction, which can help keep demand steady. If you maintain it well and keep service records, you give yourself a better chance of protecting resale value later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan or consider a different year?
