The salesman that I met was very helpful and really was willing to make the deal happen. Unfortunately when we went to look at the vehicle it had two dirty coffee cups and an empty pack of smokes in it. Opened the door to a smell of an ashtray. I felt bad as he looked embarrased that one of the other salesmen took it out for the weekend and did not have the courtesy of cleaning up his or her mess.

Go North Surrey Gm was fantastic! Super helpful, friendly staff. No pressure to make decisions. Larry Zhao was my sales consultant, he was genuine, fun to deal with and an all around great guy. Super relaxed, not pushy. Head to Go North Surrey GM and as for Larry if you want a pleasant buying experience!

They led us on. Wanting to discuss featured vehicle by phone. When we called, it was sold and they went on try an promote another vehicle. Unless it sold the very minute that we called, they should have been upfront stating that it was not available.

Very timely response to my inquiry. The vehicle was in excellent condition as described. Dealership staff was friendly and accommodating to the point of having head mechanic take vehicle for a test drive to investigate a vibration. Definitely would recommend this dealership. I ended up not purchasing my vehicle from Clutch. But felt compelled to write this review. The service I received through emails was awesome. Once I had choosen a vehicle I was interested in, I wondered(due to COVID) how I would get it as I am in NB and the car was in NS. They assured me they would drive it to the border, have it loaded on a truck and transported to my door! I know where I may get my next vehicle!
