Is the 2016 Nissan Murano a good car?

Generally — the 2016 Nissan Murano earns a 4/5 user rating, which lines up with its comfort-first character and more upscale look. It is a good fit if you want a relaxed midsize SUV with a distinctive design, a well-equipped cabin, and strong straight-line performance rather than a sporty driving feel. • Inventory: There are 190 listings available.

What is the 2016 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $12,848 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,507 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.15% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 Murano makes the most sense if you want a comfortable, distinctive midsize SUV and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you are especially price-sensitive, keep shopping and compare nearby model years for the best combination of condition, equipment, and asking price.
