The 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan stands out as a compact SUV that aimed for a more premium, more engaging feel than many of its rivals. It was conceived with a smooth and responsive drive in mind, and front-wheel drive was the default drivetrain layout on the base Trendline trim, with 4Motion all-wheel drive available on that trim and standard on the Comfortline and Highline trim levels. Even so, the Tiguan’s reputation for reliability was not especially strong, with engine, cooling system, and electrical problems noted, so a careful test drive matters when shopping for one.

I felt like this car was just a car and really lacked from not having all of the features listed in its description. This car does drive well. It has great acceleration and a very smooth ride. I felt it was spacious enough for my needs. It did have a backup camera but that seemed to be its only noteable feature. If you need a great set of wheels that take you to your destination than this will suffice. If your life requires other creature comforts, this might not be the best option.
