What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2016 Toyota RAV4 generally feel very positive about their experience with this vehicle. Many appreciate its reliability, fuel efficiency, and comfortable ride, often mentioning safety features as a strong point. However, some drivers noted that the ride can be a bit rougher compared to other SUVs, and it can be noisier than expected."
I like the way they handle on the open road. The ride is smooth and the accommodations are extremely comfortable. The built in back parking camera is a great feature that comes in handy for numerous driving needs. Mileage isnt bad. The construction is solid. If you have a family and want to keep them protected, I encourage you to do some independent research on the chasis design and the safety features that Toyota puts into their vehicles. I will stick to Toyotas because of everything that goes into them at every level.

June 14, 2022+ RAV-4 has a reputation as being tough, dependable , reasonably economical and offers a blend of moderate comfort and utility. - Rougher riding that some SUVs, and a bit noisier. Generally priced higher that others

December 21, 2020It’s a great car It drives smooth I really love all the safety features too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone
April 19, 2021This model (year) has the best service record for ALL Rav 4 models. If there are more than 4 people in the family , near or around teen/adult age, this may not work for you. It will fit my needs.
June 8, 2022My second time of experiencing AWD malfunctioning, two wheel mode activated. The first time, it disappeared on is own. Today, it comes up. I was worried and nervous, however, I read comments on this forum and discover the fuel cap could cause it, I went out, retighten the fuel cap , behold, all lights went off. This community just safe me $$
