The 71-73 was the last biggest production Mustang produced. The hoax of fuel shortage to drive up fuel cost. Turned the Mustang into the Mustang II. ? This was the last of the real muscle for a while! 71-73 was the last of the big mean old shcool muscle. This will be a fun restore. There's many parts and suppliers available for these cars. Just be careful shop around and look for the best products and prices. You can get a lot of money in the quick. Wish me luck on mine! Thanks T.Oct 13, 2014

This car was built by my husband who passed away. This was his prize possession and spared no expense. The 460 has one season on it at the track.
Unfortunately i must sell it....

It's been a family car for 40 years and the top has been down about 80% of that time. It's always been very reliable, easy to maintain and a pleasure to drive. It has plenty of get-up-and-go, and can stop on a dime. Not much more I can add to that.Jul 23, 2011

It's not done but will be in the near future. I have since added a front and rear spoiler. It's currently a 4-Speed with a 302. I have a 351 Cleveland waiting to be refreshed and put in. Need some color ideas for when I paint it.Sep 22, 2009

The accleration of this car is amazing compare with another muscle car in that era. 0-60 mph under 6 second, is one big achievement for car that weight between 2500-3500 lbs. 428 cu in engine just make the driver to scream out.Jun 24, 2009

I just love everthing about my Mustang. Asome 70 muscle car. AGGHHHHH the good old days..... I have always wanted one of these cars since I saw one brand new in 1971. It took me 36 years to get one and Oh boy was it worth the wait. Not as good a drive as I imagined when I was 12, but back then anything would have been great. Just to have the privalige of owning a little bit of history is fantastic.Sep 09, 2008

The acceleration sucks, the brakes are great, it handles just fine.
I had to replace the blinker mechanism. But otherwise I have not done much. It needs a lot of work.
Its a standard coupe with a spoiler on the back.
It lousy on gas and all of other liquids to.
It is the most fun I have ever had in a car!Aug 17, 2008

The sound of the double pipes out the back! Harley D of cars mean! Blood sweat and tears went into this money pit and after moving all the rust which was doors, rear guards, boot, pass floor, rear floor, and side pilers and with a new paint job from my gd ole cuzy bro and new double straight pipes out the back from cheers auto it was humming!Aug 07, 2008

I Love it. This is one of the best cars I've even owned. It turns a lot of heads. I love the styling. The Engine is strong and loud! They really don't make cars today like they used to. Gas milage is around 15 miles per gallon. Iguess it's about the same gas milage as any high performance car built today.Jul 17, 2008
