The car was not real dependable. The performance was ok. However the appearance was pretty good though. Back then it was fun to drive. It would be horrible if you drove it now. Overall, it was a good car for that time.May 18, 2010

The car was sporty for the time. The performance was not that great. The appearance was good though. It was fun to drive. It was good for an early 70's car. But the new Camaro's are clearly a lot better. Overall it was an ok car.May 13, 2010

Feb 22, 2010

My dad and I built it when I was 15 and it is dodge yellow with black racing stripes. It has a 355 c.i. engine and is getting ready to get a Muncie 4-speed. I really just take it to cruise insDec 09, 2009

Performace: Definatly will outrace most cars on the
road.
Appearance: Kickass
Cost: insurance is crazy high, but totally worth it.
Fun Factor: You feel like the Dukes of Hazard and
totally unstopable.
Build: Cant really say more than SAWEET RIDE.Nov 15, 2009

Probably the coolest, BEAST looking carriage i ever owned. if not a vette, THIS would be the muscle car of choice IF i had the cash & room. It was pure 70s man!! Cragers, the works. But candy-apple red..it was sweeet!!Sep 04, 2009

My 1971 Camaro was the base model with a 250 cubic inch L6, 3 speed automatic. The six cylinder was no great performer but it was reliable and fairly economical. The car handled well, after some upgrades and suspension modifications. It would have been better with a small block V8.Aug 22, 2009

It's a '71 camaro. Bought it 2 years ago, as a project car. Needs lots of work. spent the last year and a half rewiring it. Now it's time to start on the body work. Will be a while, but I beleive the longer you spend doing the work the better the car will look.Jun 09, 2007
