Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, and Active Driving Assist; traffic sign recognition is standard on the Overland model.

What Jeep Cherokee do most buyers choose?

The Jeep Cherokee years with the most listings are 2020, 2019, and 2018.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a strong mix of availability, familiar equipment, and pricing that sits in the middle of the Cherokee range. More listings also make it easier to compare condition, mileage, and deal quality before you buy.

What is the Jeep Cherokee's resale value?

The table shows broad year-over-year price declines across the Cherokee range, which can work in your favour if you're shopping used. The drops are especially steep for several newer model years, while the smallest changes appear in the older end of the lineup. That pattern suggests there are opportunities for value across multiple years, especially if you focus on well-priced examples with the right equipment.

The 2014, 2018, and 2019 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
