Which Honda Civic trim should I buy?

The 2026 Honda Civic offers these trims:

• LX: The entry trim uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with a CVT and front-wheel drive, and it suits you if you want the Civic’s core efficiency and everyday usability at the most accessible point in the lineup.
• Sport: This trim adds a more distinctive look with 18-inch wheels and a shiny exhaust outlet tip, while keeping the same 2.0-litre engine and CVT; it is the best-value trim if you want a little more style without moving up the price ladder.
• Sport Hybrid: This version adds Honda’s two-motor hybrid powertrain for stronger efficiency and more power, making it a smart pick if fuel economy is a priority.
• Sport Touring Hybrid: This trim adds larger 10.2-inch instrumentation and 9-inch infotainment displays, Google built-in, a Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless smartphone charging, and 12-speaker Bose audio, so it suits you if you want the most advanced tech in the sedan range.
• Si: The Civic Si brings a turbocharged gas engine and a manual transmission only, giving you the sportiest sedan-focused choice in the lineup.

What Honda Civic do most buyers choose?

The Honda Civic years with the most listings are 2023, 2021, and 2024.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a broad mix of trims, prices, and equipment levels to choose from. They also sit in the sweet spot where newer features and stronger availability often overlap.

What is the Honda Civic's resale value?

Most Civic model years in the table are down year over year, which is good news if you are shopping used and want more room to negotiate. That pattern suggests the Civic continues to command strong interest even as prices soften across much of the lineup.
