Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully rather than rush.

• Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 155 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.24% compared with last year.

What is the 2025 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport's resale value?

The current average of $30,469 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,818 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can make the car more attractive to you as a buyer today. For a future seller, softer pricing now can mean less immediate upside if you plan to resell soon. Still, the current market remains active enough that well-priced examples should continue to draw attention.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Mazda MAZDA3 Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.24% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version in this price band and value strong owner satisfaction, the 2025 is the one to focus on. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may want to compare nearby model years and look for the best-priced example rather than paying for the newest badge.
