Used 2025 Kia Telluride for Sale nearRouyn-Noranda, QC

How much does the 2025 Kia Telluride cost?

Prices have softened 11.77% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 109 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Kia Telluride earns a 4/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating, which points to a strong overall showing. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It stands out as a stylish, comfortable three-row SUV with genuine people-moving ability, and it remains especially appealing if you want a midsize family vehicle that can handle highway driving, city use, and rougher trails. The trade-offs are clear: the technology feels outdated, and the lane-assist system can be irritating. Sticky brakes in thick traffic are another drawback.

With 36.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Telluride’s reputation is reinforced by its strong safety record and its ability to handle demanding family travel without feeling out of its depth. In expert testing, it proved capable on a nearly 2,000-kilometre road trip, which supports the impression that it is built for real-world use rather than just short commutes.

Kia’s five-year/100,000-kilometre new vehicle warranty and five-year/unlimited-kilometre roadside assistance programme also help reduce ownership anxiety. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that ageing technology and driver-assist quirks may become more noticeable over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Kia Telluride?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The EX, SX, SX Limited, X-Line, and X-Pro each bring different equipment and character. The base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more, especially if you value the richer cabin presentation and added convenience features found higher up the range.
• Powertrain: Every trim uses a 3.8-litre V6 with 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic and standard AWD. It is smooth and refined, but it is not the most efficient choice in the class.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, pedestrian and cyclist detection, intersection assistance when turning left across traffic, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, rear occupant alert, safe exit assist, and Highway Driving Assist. Higher trims add lane-change assist, and most trims also get Blind Spot View Monitor, reverse automatic braking, front cross-traffic alert with automatic braking, oncoming collision avoidance, and lane-change collision avoidance.
• Infotainment: In all Canadian trims but the base EX, you get a 12.3-inch digital driver display beside a 12.3-inch touchscreen under one piece of glass. Wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are not included, so this is an area to test carefully before you buy.
• Fuel efficiency: The Telluride returned 11.6 L/100 km in testing, and Natural Resources Canada rates it at 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving.

Which 2025 Kia Telluride trim should I buy?

The 2025 Kia Telluride is offered in 5 trim levels: EX, SX, SX Limited, X-Line, and X-Pro.

Here's the short version:

• EX: This is the entry point, but it is also the trim most likely to feel stripped back compared with the rest of the lineup. If you want the Telluride experience at the lowest starting price, this is where you begin.
• SX: This trim moves you into a more upscale version of the Telluride with the richer equipment mix that suits the SUV’s comfort-first personality. It is a sensible middle ground if you want more luxury without chasing the top end.
• SX Limited: This is the best-value choice if you want the most polished on-road experience and the most premium-feeling cabin without going all the way to the more specialised trims.
• X-Line: Choose this if you want the added ground clearance, improved approach and departure angles, self-levelling rear suspension, and blacked-out styling. It suits you if you like the look and want a bit more capability.
• X-Pro: This is the most specialised version, with 18-inch wheels on all-terrain tyres and the highest towing capacity at 2,500 kilograms. It is the right pick if you expect to spend meaningful time off pavement or towing.

Most trims also have the camera-based Blind Spot View Monitor system, reverse automatic braking, front cross-traffic alert with automatic braking, oncoming collision avoidance, and lane-change collision avoidance.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Kia Telluride?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 109 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.77% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $51,740 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Kia Telluride's resale value?

The current average of $52,552 CAD sits slightly below last year's $59,564 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you are buying now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if values continue to ease. The Telluride’s strong reputation and broad family appeal should help support demand, especially for well-equipped examples in desirable trims.

Because the model still has strong buyer interest and a solid feature set, cleaner examples should remain easier to move than less desirable alternatives. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride safe?

The 2025 Kia Telluride earns a five-star overall rating in crash tests performed by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward collision warning, pedestrian and cyclist detection, intersection assistance when turning left across traffic, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, rear occupant alert, safe exit assist, and Highway Driving Assist. Higher trims add lane-change assist, and most trims also have Blind Spot View Monitor, reverse automatic braking, front cross-traffic alert with automatic braking, oncoming collision avoidance, and lane-change collision avoidance.

One caveat is that the lane-centring assist system can be irritating and may feel overly eager in curves, which can make it less pleasant to use on narrow roads.

Should I buy a 2025 Kia Telluride or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It remains a stylish, capable three-row SUV that handled a nearly 2,000-kilometre road trip with ease.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $46,468 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $52,552 CAD average.
• It is stylish, safe, roomy, rugged, and packed with useful details.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year pricing context and current market selection, the 2025 is the better target. If your priority is saving money and you still want the Telluride’s core strengths, the 2024 is the smarter value play.
