Is the 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid stands out for combining practical packaging with a hybrid powertrain while keeping passenger and cargo space intact. Its roomy cabin, comfortable ride quality, standard all-wheel drive, and generous cargo capacity make it especially appealing if you want an efficient compact SUV that still works well for everyday family use. With 34.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is also a meaningful amount of market opportunity.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid is presented as a practical, comfort-focused SUV with a roomy cabin, useful storage, and a layout that makes daily use easier. Its appeal is rooted in everyday usability rather than flash, which is often a good sign for buyers who want a vehicle that should age sensibly in regular use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that hybrid-specific repairs can be more expensive than on a conventional gas model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 728 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.37% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $43,167 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $43,167 CAD sits slightly below last year's $49,260 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the vehicle more attractive to used buyers today but may limit upside for a future seller if prices keep easing. On the other hand, the model’s practical packaging and broad appeal should help it remain easy to market. If demand stays steady, a well-kept example should still hold its value reasonably well relative to less popular compact SUVs.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $39,677 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $43,167 CAD average.
• It is a practical, comfort-focused choice with strong everyday usefulness.

Consider the 2026 if:

• At $48,866 CAD, the 2026 costs more than the current year's $43,167 CAD average.
• It adds a light refresh and a new TrailSport trim.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the best all-around pick if you want the strongest balance of price movement, owner satisfaction, and current inventory. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the better value path; if you want the newer refresh and are willing to pay more, the 2026 is the upgrade route.
