Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Cadillac XT5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have some room to shop carefully without expecting deep discounts everywhere.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 78 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.02% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $54,327 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Cadillac XT5's resale value?

The current average of $54,327 CAD sits slightly below last year's $61,751 CAD.

That price movement suggests the XT5 has softened in the used market, which can help you as a buyer today. If you plan to sell later, you should expect resale value to depend heavily on mileage, condition, and how well your trim is equipped relative to similar listings. A lower entry price now can also mean less room for depreciation to work against you if you buy near the bottom of the range.

Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac XT5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.02% compared with last year.

The bottom line:

The 2025 is the better pick if you want the current model year and can take advantage of the softer pricing. If you're more price-sensitive, a nearby year may give you a lower entry point, but the 2025 already shows meaningful market pressure in your favour.
