Used 2024 Nissan Pathfinder for Sale nearMarkham, ON

How much does the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder cost?

Prices have softened 10.44% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 435 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder a good car?

Yes — 4.75/5 is a strong user rating for a three-row SUV, and the Pathfinder’s family-friendly layout, standard room for eight, and easy third-row access make it especially appealing if you need everyday practicality. Its standard all-wheel drive in Canada, broad comfort and technology features, and strong towing capability also support its appeal if you want one SUV to handle commuting, family duties, and road trips. 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Pathfinder’s well-equipped cabin, standard all-wheel drive, and practical seating layout point to a vehicle designed for steady family use rather than novelty. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a feature-rich SUV with below-average fuel economy can cost more to run over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Nissan Pathfinder?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 435 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.44% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $41,829 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder's resale value?

The current average of $41,829 CAD sits slightly below last year's $46,708 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Pathfinder easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you purchase at a strong price, you may have a better chance of protecting your equity later. The model’s broad family appeal and strong utility should help keep it relevant with used-SUV shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $38,108 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $41,829 CAD average.
• It adds a rugged Rock Creek option.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $50,044 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $41,829 CAD average.
• It adds a more value-focused, well-rounded package.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want a current-feeling Pathfinder with strong family utility and a softer market price. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value play; if you want to spend more for a newer take, the 2025 is the step-up option.
