How much does the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander cost?

Prices have softened 5.67% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 494 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out because it gives you a standard third row, a seven-seat layout, and a cabin that feels more modern than the previous generation, with a larger touchscreen and an available digital instrument panel. If you want a compact SUV that feels a little different from the usual five-seat formula, that packaging and interior design are a big part of its appeal. 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview points to a comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and generous standard equipment, all of which can make day-to-day ownership feel straightforward. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the third row is very small and the engine can sound strained when pushed, so you should evaluate whether the vehicle’s strengths match how you plan to use it.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 494 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.67% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $32,956 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander's resale value?

The current average of $32,956 CAD sits slightly below last year's $34,938 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the model has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stabilises. If you buy at the right price now and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may have a better chance of limiting further value loss. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $34,090 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $32,956 CAD average.
• It adds updated cabin tech and an improved sound system.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the better value and are comfortable with its existing formula. Consider the 2025 if you want the newer cabin updates and are willing to pay more for them, but price-sensitive buyers will likely find the 2024 the smarter buy.
