• Deal availability: 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,027 listings available.

What is the 2023 Ford F-150's resale value?

The current average of $49,663 CAD sits slightly below last year's $54,643 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the truck more approachable for buyers today. For future sellers, it also means resale values may face pressure if supply stays healthy and shoppers continue to compare trims carefully. Strong demand for well-equipped trucks should still help support values, especially for examples with desirable equipment and clean histories.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

The review notes that lane-centring can be a bit assertive in some situations, so you may want to stay engaged rather than relying on it too heavily.

Should I buy a 2023 Ford F-150 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.11% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 adds the Raptor R and XLT Heritage Edition, expanding both performance and value-focused choice.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $54,900 CAD, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $49,663 CAD average.
• It adds an updated BlueCruise system.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2023 is the smarter starting point. If you are willing to pay more for the newer model and its updates, the 2024 is worth a look.
