The 2022 Nissan Murano’s appeal is built around comfort, refinement, and a cabin that feels thoughtfully designed. Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Nissan Murano?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to be patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 192 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.50% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,612 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $28,126 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,761 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Murano is currently more buyer-friendly than it was a year ago, which can help you if you are shopping now. For a future seller, it means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. Because the market has already adjusted downward, a clean example priced too aggressively may take longer to move.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a comfortable, upscale-feeling midsize SUV and you find a well-priced 2022 example, it is a strong choice. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, equipment, and asking price.
