The Murano has plenty of amenities and comfort. I have owned Bentleys, Mercedes, and Range Rovers and I find this to be just as if not more comfortable than those models. The Murano rides exceptionally well and I can’t find anything negative to say about it!! I love it!

Couldn't ask for anything more. Fantastic value. Would compare to most other 5 seat luxury SUVs. Only missing the prestige of 6 figure luxury makes.

Why it stands out
The 2019 Nissan Murano stands out as a midsize SUV that leans hard into comfort and style rather than outright sportiness. Its third-generation design brought a larger V-shaped grille, organic body sculpting, and a floating roof, giving it a more distinctive look than many rivals. Under the bonnet, it used a 3.5-litre V6 engine with 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque, paired with a continuously variable transmission. Nissan’s CVT was described as better than many others in the industry, though it still lagged behind traditional automatics in responsiveness.
For 2019, the Murano received a subtle styling update, an updated navigation system, and newly available safety features including pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, automatic reverse braking, and automatic high beams. It also offered a practical mix of equipment across the range, from an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen and heated front seats on the base trim to a Bose premium audio system, a surround-view camera system, and adaptive cruise control on higher trims. The cabin was aimed at a more upscale feel, with a cleaner design and better quality than before, while the front seats were more spacious.
There are trade-offs, though. The Murano’s comfort-first tuning meant it was not especially engaging to drive, and its cargo area was still somewhat small for a midsize SUV. Even so, it appealed to buyers who wanted a refined, well-equipped crossover with a smooth ride, strong safety credentials, and a more premium atmosphere than its price might suggest.
