What is the 2022 Hyundai Venue's resale value?

The current average of $17,646 CAD sits slightly below last year's $20,399 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a mixed signal for future resale: it may help you buy at a more attractive entry point now, but it also means the market has already adjusted downward. If prices stabilise, a well-kept example could hold its value better than a neglected one. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Hyundai Venue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the better primary pick if you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current market softness. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2022's stronger deal availability and buyer sentiment.
