Used 2022 Honda CR-V for Sale nearMontreal, QC

How much does the 2022 Honda CR-V cost?

Prices have softened 10.86% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 899 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Honda CR-V a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Honda CR-V earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the spacious interior, great safety features, and impressive fuel economy, while the CR-V’s practical five-passenger layout makes it especially appealing if you want an easy-to-live-with compact crossover for commuting or family duty. The market also shows 27.8% of listings as good or great deals, which adds some shopping flexibility.

Is the 2022 Honda CR-V reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience centred on comfort, safety, and efficiency. That said, some drivers mention road noise and hesitant acceleration when fully accelerating, so you should pay attention to how a used example drives and sounds on a test route. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright failure and more about finding one that has been maintained well and still feels refined.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Honda CR-V?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 899 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.86% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $28,193 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Honda CR-V's resale value?

The current average of $28,198 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,633 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit upside if you plan to sell soon. If you purchase at today’s average, future resale will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. Because the model continues to attract practical buyers, a clean example should still hold reasonable demand over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Honda CR-V or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.86% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $25,680 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $28,198 CAD average.
• It is broadly popular and easy to understand.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $32,178 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $28,198 CAD average.
• It adds updated infotainment and safety features.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-liked CR-V with strong owner satisfaction and a softer price trend. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better value play; if you want newer features and can stretch your budget, the 2023 is the upgrade path.
