The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in day-to-day use, with many reviewers highlighting its comfortable driving experience and strong performance over time. This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

What is the 2021 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $24,299 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,776 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has become more affordable for buyers, which can make it easier to move later if you buy at the right price. For a future seller, the softer market means you may not recover as much as someone who bought when prices were higher. Even so, the model’s strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it is time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 is a strong pick if you want the Murano’s comfort-first personality, upscale-feeling cabin, and a market that currently gives you some negotiating room. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby older year may be worth a look, but the 2021 is the better choice if you want the sweet spot of features, owner satisfaction, and current pricing.
