Used 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for Sale near Ontario

How much does the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cost?

Prices are up 5.16% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 157 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner approval for this model year.

The 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class stands out as a compact luxury car that blends traditional Mercedes character with a strong emphasis on technology and refinement. It remains rear-wheel-drive by design, with 4Matic all-wheel drive optional, and its styling is more dramatic than before, with a pseudo fastback shape and front and rear design cues inspired by the 2014 W222 S-Class. Mercedes also made the car 100 kilograms lighter than before, which helps reinforce its more modern, athletic feel.

Inside, the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class leans heavily into upscale presentation and advanced equipment. The cabin draws inspiration from the S-Class, and it includes a large 11.9-inch touchscreen running Mercedes’s latest MBUX infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument display, ambient lighting, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety equipment is also a major part of the appeal, with blind-spot monitoring and automatic emergency braking included, while more advanced systems such as a head-up display and adaptive cruise control with lane centring are available. The trade-off is that some of that technology can feel fussy, and the car’s trunk is not as large as some rivals at 455 litres.

For buyers, the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class offers a lot of luxury-car appeal in a relatively compact package, along with solid rear legroom of 952 millimetres and a wide range of trims and colours. It is also a car that can be expensive to buy used, with examples starting just under $45,000 in the source data, but it delivers the kind of premium cabin, safety content, and brand prestige that have long defined the C-Class name.

With 28.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to find value if you shop carefully.

Is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class leans on a premium cabin, standard safety equipment, and a refined compact-luxury formula that should appeal if you want a well-equipped daily driver. Its emphasis on technology and comfort is a core part of the ownership experience, and the model’s lighter construction helps support its more modern feel.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the car’s advanced technology and premium positioning can make upkeep more demanding than a simpler mainstream sedan.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

This is a seller’s market, so you should act selectively and be ready to move when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 28.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 157 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 5.16% year-over-year.

If you find a listing below $36,649 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

The current average of $38,877 CAD sits slightly above last year's $36,969 CAD.

That upward movement suggests the market is still willing to pay for this model year’s mix of luxury branding, technology, and refinement. If you buy well now, you may be able to preserve more value later than you would with a softer-priced alternative. The relatively tight year-round range also points to steady demand rather than a heavily discounted market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 28.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 5.16% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $43,188 CAD, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $38,877 CAD average.
• It adds standard 4Matic all-wheel drive and a more upmarket redesign.

The bottom line:

Choose the 2021 if you want the better value proposition and are comfortable shopping carefully in a seller’s market. Consider the 2022 if you want the newer redesign and standard all-wheel drive, and you’re willing to pay more for it.
