Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Lincoln Aviator?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings closely.

• Deal availability: 23.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 116 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.93% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $34,861 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Lincoln Aviator's resale value?

The current average of $35,985 CAD sits slightly below last year's $44,389 CAD.

That kind of price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can be helpful if you are buying now but less favourable if you plan to sell soon. If you purchase at the current average, your future resale value will depend heavily on how well the vehicle holds demand in the used market. Strong condition, good maintenance, and desirable equipment should matter more when prices have already softened. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Lincoln Aviator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 23.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a refined, well-liked luxury SUV with strong owner approval and a softer price than last year, the 2021 is the one to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2021’s current market position and owner satisfaction.
