Used 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E for Sale nearMontreal, QC

How much does the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E cost?

Prices have softened 3.88% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 113 listings available, which gives you a useful amount of choice when comparing trims and equipment.

Is the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

Owners consistently praise its stylish design, impressive performance, advanced technology, comfortable interior, and user-friendly features. That lines up with the Mach-E’s role as Ford’s first mass-market EV and its more emotional, sportier take on a practical electric crossover. For shoppers who want an EV that feels distinctive rather than purely utilitarian, that combination is a strong fit.

With 31.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market offers a decent number of attractive opportunities.

Is the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with repeated praise for the car’s comfortable interior, user-friendly features, and overall enjoyment. The expert drive notes also support that impression, with the adaptive cruise control system keeping pace with traffic reliably and the automated lane centring described as one of the smoothest in a mainstream vehicle.

Ford also includes a cable that lets you plug directly into a 240-volt home outlet for Level 2 AC charging, which can make day-to-day ownership easier if you have the right setup at home.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the hardware and more about software-related concerns and charging-related frustrations that some owners have mentioned, so it’s worth checking that the vehicle has been updated properly and charges as expected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is minimalist and tech-forward, but some buyers may be disappointed by the lack of a leather-upholstery option in this price range. Even the top trim levels use a synthetic material called ActiveX, and the First Edition adds unique cosmetic touches such as red brake calipers, brushed aluminium pedals, and First Edition kickplates.
• Powertrain: The Mach-E is offered with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The base RWD model makes 266 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque, while the AWD setup in the test vehicle delivers 346 hp and 428 lb-ft. The GT Performance Edition is the most powerful version, with 480 hp and 634 lb-ft from two electric motors.
• Safety package: Standard driver-assist features include automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, post-collision braking, a reverse sensing system, reverse automatic braking, adaptive cruise control with automated lane centring, traffic-sign recognition, and evasive steering assist. A 360-degree camera system is also standard on higher trim levels.
• Infotainment: The Mach-E uses a 15.5-inch touchscreen with a 10.2-inch instrument cluster. Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and over-the-air software updates are included.
• Range & charging: The 68-kWh Standard Range battery pack is rated at 370 km with RWD and 340 km with AWD. The 88-kWh Extended Range pack is rated at 491 km with RWD and 435 km with AWD. DC fast charging is standard at up to 150 kW, and Ford says 10% to 80% charging takes 45 minutes.
• Battery health: On a used EV, you should check battery state-of-health, confirm how the car has typically been charged, and review whether most charging was done at home or through DC fast charging. You should also verify how much of the battery warranty remains.

Which 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E trim should I buy?

The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E is offered in 4 trim levels: Select, Premium, California Route 1, and GT Performance Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Select: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the Mach-E’s core EV experience and the standard driver-assistance suite. It makes the most sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and are comfortable adding options selectively.
• Premium: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it builds on the Mach-E’s style and tech with a more complete feature set. It also matches the First Edition’s powertrain in the test vehicle description, making it a strong all-rounder if you want the sweet spot between equipment and price.
• California Route 1: This trim is aimed at buyers who want a more fully equipped long-range setup and standard Active Drive Assist. It suits you if you value added capability and are willing to pay more for it.
• GT Performance Edition: This is the performance-focused choice, with the most potent powertrain in the lineup. It’s the one to choose if acceleration and top-end capability matter most to you.

Active Drive Assist is standard on the California Route 1, Premium, and First Edition trim levels, and part of a package on the Select trim level.

What is the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E's resale value?

The current average of $28,518 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,668 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Mach-E has become a bit more accessible for used buyers, which can make it easier for future sellers to attract attention if the vehicle is well kept and properly equipped. At the same time, the current market shows that buyers are still comparing value carefully, so condition, trim, and equipment will matter when you go to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Ford’s first mass-market EV effort gives this year a distinctive place in the brand’s history, and the Mach-E’s mix of style, performance, and technology is a major part of its appeal.

The bottom line: The 2021 Mach-E is a strong pick if you want a used EV with standout styling, solid owner satisfaction, and a broad range of configurations. If you’re price-sensitive, this year’s softer pricing and decent deal share make it worth a close look; if you want the most polished ownership experience, focus on well-equipped examples with the right charging and software history.
