Used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse for Sale nearOttawa, ON

How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse cost?

Prices have softened 10.68% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 109 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse earns a 4.93/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spacious interior, smooth ride, and powerful performance, and many also like its comfort and handling in challenging weather conditions. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a very large three-row crossover that prioritises space, everyday usability, and family-friendly practicality over flash. With 36.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse reliable?

Owners rate it 4.93/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in daily use, with repeated praise for its smooth ride, comfort, and performance. That said, some owners have noted concerns about price and potential body damage, so you should still inspect any used example carefully. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright satisfaction and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse?

This looks like a moderate market where selective buyers can still find value if they shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 109 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.68% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,547 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse's resale value?

The current average of $25,636 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,702 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Traverse easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you purchase at the current average, you are starting from a lower baseline than a year ago, so future resale gains may depend more on condition, mileage, and maintenance history than on broad market momentum. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.93/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.93/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a roomy, comfortable, and easy-to-use family SUV, the 2020 Traverse is the primary year to consider because it combines strong owner satisfaction with a softer price trend. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge on the tailgate.
