How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

Prices have softened 5.77% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 120 listings available, which gives you a useful amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — 4.7/5 is a strong user rating for a used pickup, and the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado backs that up with a good blend of comfort and utility. It is especially appealing if you want a midsize truck that can handle everyday driving while still offering real towing strength and available off-road hardware. The lineup also gives you flexibility, with trims and powertrains that suit different needs. With 26.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2020 Colorado does have a reputation for transmission issues, so you should pay close attention to service history and how the truck drives on a test route. For used buyers, that means reliability can depend heavily on maintenance and the specific example you choose.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 26.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 120 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.77% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,719 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $27,591 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,282 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has eased, which can make the truck more attractive to buyers today but slightly less favourable for sellers trying to maximise return. If you buy at the current average or below, you may have less room for appreciation in the near term. Still, a well-kept Colorado with the right trim and equipment should remain appealing to shoppers looking for a capable midsize pickup.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 26.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 Colorado makes sense if you want a midsize pickup with a strong mix of everyday usability and capability, especially if you can find a well-priced example with the equipment you want. If you are more price-sensitive, it is worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2020’s balance of value and features.
