How much does the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

There are 144 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.58/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its value, performance, and features, especially in the Z71 and ZR2 models, and many also like the ride quality and decent gas mileage. For you, that makes it a sensible fit if you want a midsize pickup that balances capability with everyday usability, especially if you value a truck that feels more modern and better equipped than older versions. The market also shows 30.6% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.58/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a truck that many drivers feel good about living with over time, especially when it comes to value and overall performance. The repeated praise for its dependable-feeling ownership experience is encouraging if you want something you can count on for regular use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that comfort-related complaints and ride harshness may matter more as the kilometres add up.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find a decent example.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 144 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.82% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $31,495 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $32,193 CAD sits slightly below last year's $36,929 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy now, you may be entering at a lower cost basis than shoppers did a year ago, which can help soften depreciation pressure later. Strong demand for well-equipped trims should help support values, especially for trucks that present well and have desirable features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.58/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.82% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.58/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a Colorado with a more modern interior, strong equipment, and solid owner approval, the 2021 is the better all-around pick. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, a nearby older year may be worth considering, but the 2021 gives you a stronger mix of features and market value for most used-truck shoppers.
