Is the 2019 Toyota Sienna a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, smooth ride, and spacious interior, and they also highlight its reliability, strong fuel economy, and family-friendly practicality. That fits especially well if you want a minivan that prioritises space and everyday usefulness over flash. With 35.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful value to be found.

Is the 2019 Toyota Sienna reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to reliability, dependability, and trouble-free everyday use, which is exactly what many used-minivan shoppers want. For long-term ownership, that kind of reputation can reduce the risk of surprise headaches and help you feel more confident about buying used.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Toyota Sienna?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 100 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.96% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,793 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Toyota Sienna's resale value?

The current average of $27,682 CAD sits slightly below last year's $34,158 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Sienna more attractive to buyers today but may limit upside for a future seller. If you buy at the current average or below, you may have less room for depreciation pressure than someone who bought when prices were higher. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota Sienna or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $33,636 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $27,682 CAD average.
• It adds all-wheel drive as a standout traction advantage.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the better value if you want a practical, well-liked minivan at a lower price. If you are willing to pay more for all-wheel drive and a newer model year, the 2020 is the stronger secondary path.
