Is the 2019 Nissan Qashqai a good car?

With a current average price of $15,193 CAD and a market that has softened 13.76% year over year, the 2019 Nissan Qashqai sits in a more buyer-friendly position than it did a year ago. That gives you more room to shop carefully and focus on condition, mileage, and service history rather than rushing into the first example you see.

The market also shows 37.8% of listings as good or great deals, which points to a healthy share of competitively priced inventory.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Qashqai?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can be choosy if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 270 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.76% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,193 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Qashqai's resale value?

The current average of $15,193 CAD sits slightly below last year's $17,618 CAD.

That kind of decline suggests the model has become easier to buy than it was a year ago, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if prices stay soft. If you plan to sell later, condition and mileage will matter even more because the broader market is already leaning downward.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

• 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.76% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the better pick if you want a lower entry price and a decent chance of finding a strong deal. If you're especially price-sensitive, compare it with nearby years as well, but the 2019 stands out as a sensible starting point because the market is currently tilted in your favour.
