The 2019 Nissan Qashqai sits in a moderate market position, so it can make sense if you want a used SUV with a price that has come down meaningfully from last year. With 37.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Qashqai?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you should be able to shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 294 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.15% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,405 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Qashqai's resale value?

The current average of $15,517 CAD sits slightly below last year's $18,288 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle. If you plan to sell later, the current pricing gives you a useful benchmark for setting expectations, but future resale will depend heavily on mileage, condition, and how well the vehicle is maintained.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.15% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest value in this range, the 2019 is worth a close look because pricing has eased and there are enough listings to shop selectively. If you're especially price-sensitive, compare it against nearby model years as well, since a lower-priced alternative may better fit your budget depending on condition and equipment.
